About St. Lambert

Welcome to St. Lambert School!

elementary students in hallwaySt. Lambert School is a Catholic elementary school established in 1958 and is currently one of six Catholic elementary schools, a junior high and a high school that comprise Sioux Falls Catholic School System. St. Lambert School primarily serves the parishioners of St. Lambert Parish and its sister parish, St. Therese Parish, both on the east side of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. St. Lambert School is comprised of approximately 200 students preschool through sixth grade. Parents appreciate the preschool Extended Learning options, full-day Kindergarten program, and the after school program.

At St. Lambert School, students grow and develop skills, habits, knowledge and faith. Religious instruction is an integral part of our education process. Students prepare and participate in weekly school liturgies. Our students continually earn high scores and demonstrate excellent growth in academic areas on formal, informal and standardized tests. Our professional and dedicated staff help all students achieve their fullest potential in safe and positive environments.

The climate at St. Lambert School is a warm, inviting family atmosphere with a close knit staff, involved parents, and strong school tradition and spirit. St. Lambert School has an experienced teaching staff committed to our mission. We strive for low student/teacher ratios. We employ educational assistants and library staff and certified academic services, art, physical education, guidance, vocal & instrumental music, and computer teachers. We are fully accredited by the state of South Dakota.
